Al-Alimi: “Dawn of Yemen” Operation Continues .. Yemeni Forces Carry Out 2,200 Operations Against the Houthis

Al-Taj News – Chairman of Yemen’s Presidential Leadership Council Rashad Al-Alimi affirmed on Tuesday that the “Dawn of Yemen” operation is continuing to achieve its objective of ending the Houthi coup and restoring state institutions, while government forces announced that they had carried out 2,200 targeting operations against the group using warplanes, drones, artillery, and rocket launchers.

In a televised speech marking the 63rd anniversary of the October 14 Revolution, Al-Alimi said that the decision to launch the operation “has now become effective, and there is no turning back, regardless of the sacrifices,” stressing that the objective is to end the coup, place weapons and decisions of war and peace in the hands of the constitutional state institutions, and build a state in which everyone abides by the law.

He called on citizens in Houthi-controlled areas to stay away from military sites and areas of clashes and to protect their children from recruitment, affirming the continuation of efforts to protect Taiz, reopen its roads, and meet the humanitarian needs of its residents, and that temporary developments on the ground would not deter the state from continuing to fulfill its responsibilities.
